The Barista Training Program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages. Through a blend of hands-on practice and theoretical learning, trainees will master the fundamentals of espresso preparation, milk texturing, drink presentation, and customer service.
Objectives:
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
Understand coffee origins, bean types, and roast profiles.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
Extract espresso shots with consistent quality and balance.
Steam and texture milk for various beverages (latte, cappuccino, flat white, etc.).
Create basic latte art and beverage presentation techniques.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace organization.
Deliver excellent customer service in a café setting.
Certification:
Participants who successfully complete the program and pass the practical assessment will receive a Certificate of Barista Training Completion.
