The Barista Training Program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages. Through a blend of hands-on practice and theoretical learning, trainees will master the fundamentals of espresso preparation, milk texturing, drink presentation, and customer service.

 

Objectives:
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

  • Understand coffee origins, bean types, and roast profiles.

  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Extract espresso shots with consistent quality and balance.

  • Steam and texture milk for various beverages (latte, cappuccino, flat white, etc.).

  • Create basic latte art and beverage presentation techniques.

  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace organization.

  • Deliver excellent customer service in a café setting.

 

Certification:
Participants who successfully complete the program and pass the practical assessment will receive a Certificate of Barista Training Completion.
